The HIAA companies regularly participate in relevant conferences and events to contribute to the development of the hydrogen market in Austria and to provide information on instruments and measures that pave the way to a competitive hydrogen supply.
H2 Convention: Hydrogen for climate-neutral industry
Overcoming climate change and the associated challenges is crucial for current and future generations. As energy-intensive locations, Upper Austria and the greater Linz area are also called upon to contribute to climate protection. For this reason, the city of Linz and the province of Upper Austria have decided on a joint initiative to expand the hydrogen economy. The starting point for this is the H2 Convention, an annual meeting point for relevant decision-makers and experts. In an exchange with representatives of international best practices from regions and companies, the convention deals with the challenges and opportunities along the entire value chain.
